Vision

Character

In the earlier times, education meant ‘wholesome’ education. That which does not end with the classroom but also trains a student in appropriate behaviour, healthy lifestyle and moral values. The current education system may produce competent doctors, engineers and IAS officers but what lacks in today’s age is a solid foundation of good character.Let us take an example of a diseased person faced with two options. One, a hospital of very competent doctors but a case history of exorbitant bills, unnecessary extensions of treatment and even stolen kidneys. Or two, a hospital with competent doctors who are honest and sincerely serve their patients with care. Definitely, the person would choose the second hospital. Therefore to become a truly successful individual, competence alone is not sufficient but must be blended with character.

Competence

We aspire to identify and nurture various naturally existing talents and inclinations in a student and facilitate in developing them. When children feel competent, they have a sense of themselves as being capable to tackle the tasks and challenges they encounter daily in their lives. Incompetent people are often highly dependent on others, and hesitate to try new things out of fear of failure. These problems tend to increase as children age into adulthood. A strong sense of personal competence is necessary for children to persevere in the face of challenges, to step out of their comfort zones, and have positive self-esteem. It is also an important quality to help children grow into adults who are able to independently manage the responsibilities of life. On the academic front, the proposed curriculum is CBSE which is global, challenging and at the same time flexible.

Culture

Inspired by the vision of His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the exemplary ambassador of Indian culture and wisdom, We have created a transformative learning experience for the students by providing a unique combination of Culture-based education found in ancient Indian scriptures, along with a world-class academic curriculum. Culture form the bedrock for the journey of learning. Culture provides favourable platform for “seed of knowledge”, which is sown in the heart of a person, to become a wonderful creeper, and then finally grow as a healthy tree. Consider the analogy of gardener planting a seed. 1.Watering: is compared to quality reading and hearing from authorized sources. 2. Sun shine: is warmth of friends association. A family atmosphere where kindness, courtesy, selfless sacrifices for each other are cultivated. 3. Fencing: provides protection from bad influences that may break the faith 4. Weeds: are bad habits which have to be to be removed. 5. Soil: is preparing heart to receive instructions from teachers. Heart should be prepared before sowing. Gratitude towards what we are receiving makes the heart fertile. This gratitude is natural outcome of good culture. In a world infatuated with technological advancement, it is imperative that we inspire children to connect with our cultural roots soaked in Vedic wisdom and encourage them to imbibe timeless values.
